PROCESSING TIME

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 1 – 3 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery. During busy seasons your order may take 2-5 working days to be dispatched.

WORKING DAYS

Couriers do not collect or deliver over weekends or on public holidays. Therefore working days are referred to as “Monday to Friday” and not including public holidays.

NATIONAL SHIPPING SOUTH AFRICA

2-4 working day shipping:

Depending on the area you’re in your parcel will take 2-4 working days to arrive once it has been dispatched. This is applied to the average 6 kg or less parcel, should your parcel exceed your order will be sent with Pudo locker to locker

1-2 working day shipping:

For parcels under 2kg you’ll receive your order within 1-2 working days (Overnight).

This rate is applied to the average 2 kg or less parcel, should your parcel exceed this we will contact you with the additional amount

Outlying area shipping:

Unfortunately outlying areas cost almost double in shipping, but you do have an option to use Pudo locker to locker should you have a collection point near you.

Please note that if you are in an outlying area and you select normal shipping your order will be delayed by a few days and will be sent with Pudo, therefore please ensure you select the correct shipping.

Pudo locker to locker

We offer this service for clients based in outlying areas, who want to save on shipping or who have large packages.

Please note that we only do locker drops three times a week, therefore please expect at least one day extra on dispatching.

Free Shipping

All orders over R1000 qualify for free 2-5 day shipping. Orders 6 kg or less will be shipped with The courier guy and orders over 6kg will be sent with Pudo locker to locker.

Note:

Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive an email with tracking details directly from the courier company. If you do not receive your tracking email please check your junk mail folder before contacting us at info@makeslime.co.za.  For Pudo deliveries, you’ll only be notified once your order is available to collect at the locker.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
You are able to get shipping estimates on the cart page, the first 2kg is a set rate and goes up in increments of 1kg. Add and remove items from your cart to adjust the shipping fee according to your budget.  On average 6 mixed size slimes is 2kg or less.

Express delivery time:

Once your order has been dispatched you can expect delivery within 4-5 working days

Ordering from the UK:

Please note that we are currently not registered for vat in the Uk and therefore all orders placed from the UK will only be able to be fulfilled either with a value of 165 pounds or more, excluding shipping, or should you provide us with your vat particulars.  Should the value of your goods total less then the minimum amount of 165 pounds and you cannot provide us with your vat details you order will be refunded less any card fees incurred.

Customs, duties and taxes:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and may be collected upon delivery.

Restricted items:

Some products may have restrictions or may not be eligible for international shipping. We do not sell or airfreight glue, snow powder or glitters internationally.  Please stick to slimes and the smaller slime accessory supplies.  If you add any of the restricted items to your cart it will be replaced with something of the same value.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges:

Our products are made to order and therefore we do not accept any cancellations, returns or exchanges.  View our returns and cancellations policy for more information

Errors

MakeSlime shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately indicate Purchase Prices and delivery charges. However, should Products be erroneously offered at incorrect Purchase Prices and/or delivery charges, MakeSlime will not be obliged to sell Products at such incorrect Purchase Prices and/or delivery charges and shall only be liable to refund monies paid should you not wish to proceed with the Purchase at the correct Purchase Price and/or delivery charge.
