Returns and Cancellations


An order is confirmed and will go into processing as soon as payment has been received.

Should you cancel your order before it has been processed and packaged a full refund will be is issued less any bank and credit card fees incurred.

Should you cancel your order after it has been packaged a 80% refund will be issued.  The 20% will go towards time and materials used to process your order.

Please note that a lot of our slimes are made to order, therefore we, unfortunately, do not offer any refunds for cancellation on slimes ordered unless it is a popular slime that would sell easily within one working week or slimes that are simple and not too customized.


It is advisable to check your order for any shipping damage upon delivery and before the courier leaves your premises, as this isn’t always possible we allow notifying us within 24 hours of any shipping damage including pictures of the damage.  Upon inspection, we reserve the right to either offer a full refund for the damaged product or a replacement.

Slime leaves us in perfect condition with “this side up” and “fragile” stickers.  We hold no responsibility for slimes that may mix (layered colour slimes) or become sticky due to weather during transit.  We do however provide a ready to use activator and a care sheet with instructions on how to test if your slime is sticky for you and what to do should your slime arrive sticky. As well as instructions on what to do and what not to do with your slime.

No returns are accepted unless the product is proven to be defective in which case the following steps need to be followed:-
Return to the allocated return address
If a product is found to be defective your account with us will be credited to the same value as your original purchase for the product.
If no defect is found you will be liable for a shipping charge to have the item sent back to you.
